Seize Paris is a creative shop that offers creative DIY workshops around embroidery, knitting and customization. We redesigned the whole website improving the path for signing up for an atelier and shop the DIY kits.
Seize aims to be THE Parisian reference in DIY. From the beginning they have specialized in yarn and offer various manual workshops: embroidery, knitting, punch needle, wreath of dried flowers, leather goods, etc. You can come all year long to make your own personalized item and have a good time sharing.
The new color palette needed to reflect the different seasons, including also the color of the boutique: blush pink and a touch of gold. New elegant fonts have been chosen to invite creativity, craft, handmade and match with their current logo. To complete the brand aesthetic, I also created some illustrations
The new website was meant to be convivial, easy to use and mobile friendly.
With a huge community on Instagram, the site needed to be optimized and as simple as possible to book a workshop and have all the information they need.
Thanks to the new fonts, colors and photography, the new site reflects the atmosphere of the boutique. We also made it clear and simple to understand what Seize was offering from the first screen of the homepage.
Going to a Seize workshop makes you feel part of a community and you are able to share interests with other people. These workshops allow you to be proud of yourself and of what you can do. We simplified the user journey to discover all the workshops offered by Seize and made it easy to book from the description page to the checkout.
The workshops are very limited and sold out very fast so we included on hover the number of remaining seats to book quickly and not miss your spot.
In addition to the primary pages and to create a cohesive experience, we developed the new identity across the other pages of the new site: e-shop, privatization, about, contact, my account, and more.
